Modulcasa Line has over the last years increasingly specialised in both public and private urban buildings.
Prefabricated buildings are every bit as good as 'traditional' buildings and have the following advantages:
rapid erection
limited costs
greater adaptability to difficult environmental conditions and terrain
ease of dismantling (in the case of temporary structures)
great functionality and comfort and pleasing appearance (see examples in ).
This makes them particularly suitable for offices, schools, recreational and community centres, but also for calamities or emergency conditions.
We look after all phases of the contract: design, production, erection on site and installation of systems.
The structures are designed in compliance with current legislation and can be made for up to 120 minutes and can be given certification to that effect.
