The staff at Modulcasa Line srl have more than twenty years' experience in the industry. The company works in Italy and inside and outside the EU. The new facility covers an area of 18 000 square metres (5700 square metres of which are indoors), and has an annual output of about 3000 standard monobloc units and containers in addition to the assembly of special structures. Apart from mass production of monobloc structures, cabins, containers, we can design and engineer constructions to meet the customer's needs that comply with current legislation; we in particular specialise in the design, production and turnkey erection of prefabricated buildings for schools, offices, community centres, workshops, and changing rooms for the workplace and sports centres (RIVER model), industrial sheds and warehouses (Metal prefabricated buildings). Our company has been registered to ISO 9001:2000 by DNV Italia (leading international certification body in Italy with over 10000 certified companies*) whilst the SOA Certificate qualifies us to carry out public works in the categories OG1 and OS18, classification III. | SAIE Modulcasa Line srl each year attends the Salone Internazionale Industrializzazione e Edilizia fair (SAIE) that is held in October in Bologna's fair district. SAIE is one of the main European events for the industry and for us it is an important chance to present our products and novelties to visitors, customers and suppliers.
